1.  Organized a delegation to Guangzhou to explore the opportunity of software testing development
     組織業界廣州交流團，以掌握粵港軟件檢測行業發展機遇

With the development of ICT and the Internet, the need for software testing is also growing. In order to promote the ICT industry cooperation between Hong Kong and Guangdong, I organized a visit to Guangzhou with over 30 industry professionals on 26 August. The delegation visited the China Ceprei Laboratory which is the first national organization taking part in the study of software reliability. Its software evaluation center was established in 1998, which is an independent third-party software testing organization invested by the Nation. I think the Government and our industry may consider making reference of this software testing system so as to promote our ICT industry development. It would be better if the national software testing organizations could consider opening the market to our industry, and it will definitely play the role of a catalyst to the Hong Kong-Guangdong ICT cooperation.
